These terms cover your use of jimsbots.com and The JimsBots Brief. Signing up or subscribing means you accept them.
The service
The JimsBots Brief is a written and audio brief about AI regulation, security guidance, and enforcement, published Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (US Central time). The free edition is free. A paid tier with additional personalization is in development.
Founding subscriptions
- Billing is handled by Stripe on a monthly cycle.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate partial months unless the law where you live requires it.
- Founding subscribers receive the paid tier's features as they ship, at the founding price.
- If we ever discontinue the paid tier, active paid subscribers get a pro-rata refund of any prepaid amount.
Not legal advice
The JimsBots Brief is informational, not legal advice. We summarize official sources carefully, but we're not your lawyers, and the brief is no substitute for advice from counsel who knows your situation. Regulatory positions also change — always confirm against the linked primary source before acting.
Your use of the content
Content is © JimsBots. You're welcome to share links to the site and archive pages, quote reasonable excerpts with attribution, and circulate the brief inside your team. Don't republish full editions or the audio publicly, or resell the content.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the brief with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance. The founding price guarantee above will not be weakened by future changes for anyone who already holds it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
